Solicitors and Gold Diggers...

This last weekend we were traveling AGAIN! (In case you don't know that is our life story.) This weekend we went up to Idaho for the annual "Beaver Dick" party. (Do not ask me why it is called this...) But it is the year end party the Rexburg leaders throw for the company employees. It is fun to go to and see everyone, as well as witness crazy stunts and activities. As always they had a mechanical bull and great prizes. Camron was called up on stage by the owner and congratulated for his awesome work this summer (He finished fourth in the company, first out of Rexburg). He finished with 330 accounts. Way to go CAM!! Needless to say we didn't win anything. But we did get free t-shirts. Cam's says "solicitor" accross the back. Mine says "gold digger" accross the back. Oh and max got to see his girl friend dog, journee. They would play almost everyday in the summer and hadn't seen each other for 3 weeks...lets just say he was one happy dog!!! (Don't worry he got fixed last week...so they kept it clean!)

Hard work AND Hard play!

Every other summer we come home the day before school and basically have crazy lives until Christmas break. This year WE DON'T HAVE SCHOOL!!!! We have been working hard at getting our house and yard in order. Cam will usually work out on the yard all day and I have been going crazy inside the house trying to get everything clean and organized. Max has been helping Cam outside!! He likes to help dig and move the dirt around....and since he is SUPPOSED to be a white dog...the end result is a very smelly, very tan looking dog.

But not only have we been working hard...We have finally been able to play too!! My uncle John and Aunt Annamarie took us out on his boat. We just went up to Pineview, so the water was freezing!! We had a blast anyways. I haven't been wake boarding in 5 years and Cam has never been. We had a great time. Cam was a natural and got up on his 3rd try. He stayed up for a while but we had forgotten to tell him what to do once he got up! He got up again and I think he had fun despite being sick. Any ways, we will have to post more pictures as the yard gets finished!

HOME SWEET HOME!!

We have finally been able to spend some time at our house! I didn't realize how much I missed it until we got back here. But now there is so much to be done! Camron has been working so hard to put in the yard. It is going to be AMAZING when it is done...but it has been a work in progress!

Right when we got back to Utah we headed up to Rexburg to spend time with the Hanna's. Our niece was blessed and we took family pics before we all headed our separate ways again!

Last Days in Virginia

Well yet another summer has come and gone in our crazy adventures...Camron finished his fourth summer of sales. He did awesome this summer and performed his best yet. (I will post in a future date all his success!!) Well our last week in Virginia turned out different than we could have planned. First my parents flew in to VA!! My uncle and his family were spending time in Maryland and so my parents decided to come out east as well and visit. Also Camron decided not to work the last week so we could get home sooner. So we went to DC yet again so my mom could see the reflecting pool infront of the lincoln with water in it. We also spent time with family at my cousin Melissa's. She just had her first baby and we all were in town for the blessing. Monday we headed out to Ocean City, MD for one last shot at the beach...However it was a VERY different beach visit. As we were getting into the water we saw a SHARK swimming right down the coast. He was about 75 feet out and just meandering down...The lifeguards think he was following some fish. Anyways once the coast was clear (no pun intended :) we tried booggie boarding...However the waves were much bigger than ever before (thanks to hurricane season)...so we mainly broke our booggie boards, got beat up and dove through the tall waves. My parents flew out the next morning, Camron and I packed up and headed back to Utah. For some crazy reason we decided to drive the 31 hours straight through. Max was a trooper but was sure glad when we got home the next day. Anyways hopefully life will slow down now that we are back in Ut.

Oh yeah...One last note...I had to leave my baby back in VA....MY First car I bought all by myself! We had figured the Steamin' Demon had served it's time well and we donated it so it didn't have to make the trek home! (Slight tear of farewell :( Anyways we will keep you updated of our new adventures...
