OncE tHEre wAs A SnOw Max!

So our backyard is covered in snow! It is also covered in paw prints from Max's race track! He has loved playing in the snow. The first day it really came down, he wanted to go outside every twenty minutes. He would roll around and run like crazy. Then he would want to come in just long enough to dry off!! He was so hyper the whole day.

I Think he looks like he is smiling in this one!

His face was covered in snow balls

This weekend I went to dinner with Cam's family at Texas Roadhouse, one of our favorites! It was great to see so many of his aunts and uncles!

Brooklyn, McKayl, and Stacy

Monday we had a Family Home Evening with some other couples in our ward. We made cookies and took them to some families. We also went caroling. Camron and I don't sing, but we were good sports and went anyways. Then we played cranium. We lost!! But we had tons of fun!

All bundled for caroling

The Cranium Crew

Our Friend Jeff decorated this snowman...We still aren't sure what kind of snow man it is supposed to be!!

Blessed Be the Poor

This Wednesday and Thursday Camron and I had the opportunity to participate in the Sub for Santa that Cam's compay sponsored. It was an amazing opportunity. Wednesday we got to go down and purchase gifts for the children. In our group we had five families and eight names from the local elementary school. We could spend $75 on each kid. We were supposed to get 1 book, 2 toys, and 2 articles of clothing. It was so fun. Then next night we got to go help deliver them. The families knew we were coming. Many were waiting at the front door with big smiles on their faces. All the kids in the back rooms or not home so they wouldn't see. One sweet family had children trying to peek out the windows! It was a very humble experience that I was honored to help with! We hope each of them have a better Christmas with the help from the Sub for Santa! Over all they raised $130,000 to donate to the program! Happy Holidays.

Our group alone filled the back of Cam's truck and a whole other car!

Happy Birthday Me!

For my birthday on Monday Camron and I went with some friends to the Melting Pot! I had never been before and I loved it! My recommendations for anyone thinking of going...Bring your second stomach, if you don't have one, at least wear loose fitting pants. The food was good, and we had a great time with our friends. Thanks Meg, Cache, Ty and Linds for celebrating with us! (and meg, I just took this pics from your blog, so i will have to get the rest later.)

veinte quatro

I love the month of December! Not only do we get to celebrate my birth, but we get to celebrate the birth of our Savior Jesus Christ. This is the first year we have put up a Christmas Tree. (We didn't have room the first year, and we moved last year.) So we got our first Christmas Tree.

Then this last weekend we went to Vegas to celebrate my 24th birthday!! It was a great weekend. We drove down and got to see family in Cedar and St. George on the way. Then we headed out to Vegas. We stayed in the Venetian Hotel. It was gorgeous. I don't know if I had ever been in that one. Lets just say our hotel room had 3 FLAT SCREEN TVs! It was gorgeous. We went shopping, rode the big shot (Twice!), and then Camron took me to this nice restaurant in the Paris Hotel, Mon Ami Gabi...Delicious! The next day we got massages and went shopping again (Camron forgot all of his shirts...so he HAD to get new ones...) We went to the Bellagio and watched the fountains and saw the Christmas display. Then came the fun part, THE BLUE MAN GROUP! We got front row tickets to the BLUE MAN GROUP! It was a great weekend. And the best part is, it isn't even my birthday yet....There will be plenty more to come!
